Pathology & Biopsy

While a large concern exists for oral cancers and the increased prevalence that is being seen in our society there are other concerns that can arise in the mouth. Non-cancerous growths and lesions can arise that effect the development or health of each patient. Dr. Estes, Dr. Marlow and Dr. Prabhu have extensive training in evaluating soft tissue lesions and completing a biopsy for further examination if needed. Based upon the appearance and biopsy appropriate treatment or referral can be completed.
