Payment Policies

Everyone deserves to keep their natural teeth for a lifetime. While periodontal treatment is not as costly as replacing natural teeth due to tooth loss, its cost can vary greatly depending upon your needs.

If you have dental insurance, we are happy to file all plans (with exception of state issued insurance) on your behalf for you to receive reimbursement as we are considered out of network providers. We are able to send predetermination as well to help you with an estimate of coverage upon request.

We feel that finances should never be an obstacle to treatment. For your convenience, we offer financing companies that will make having treatment manageable financially. Our Treatment Coordinators will be happy to discuss any insurance or finance questions as they will be with you throughout the treatment planning process.
